<p>It&#8217;s common sense that managing and reducing stress can prevent many problems. Problems with general health, potential addiction, and more. Preventing these problems with stress management methods is much less costly and more comfortable than dealing with the results.</p>
<p>You wouldn&#8217;t choose to have problems with your blood pressure, heart, and sleep. Choosing to ignore your stress level is almost the same thing.</p>
<p>People with stress problems often look to avoid the discomfort by looking for pleasure or distraction. Things like watching TV, movies, using medications, food, smoking or other addictions.</p>
<p>People tend to believe traditional talk therapy and medications are the only alternatives, and try to avoid that. If you knew there was a reliable and medically tested method to relieve stress, would you consider it?</p>

<p>Using an appropriately trained hypnotist or using a quality self-hypnosis audio to reduce general stress are great alternatives. Hypnosis has a higher rate of long-term success than medication and hypnosis has zero side-effects.</p>

<p>Electronic cigarettes continue to create a lot of buzz in the media and is stirring up some feathers with the FDA and World Health Organization. There is a glaring difference however in the safety of these devices as reported by the media versus the distributors that needs to be addressed.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s examine the argument in question and try to pick out the difference. If you ask an electronic cigarette vendor if their product is safe you will hear, &#8220;Yes, these devices contain only nicotine to satisfy your cravings and propylene glycol to give you the sensation of smoking.&#8221; When the media reporter gives you their take, it will sound something like, &#8220;These devices are not FDA Approved and may carry health risks.&#8221; Seems like a fair conflict of interest doesn&#8217;t it? But did you examine the context of each statement?</p>
<p>This is simply a conflict of interest. The media will report on electronic cigarettes to the general public and assume a non-smoking standard. Distributors of the e-cig deal with smokers who are looking for a safer alternative and will consider anything less dangerous than a tobacco cigarette as safer. So which side should carry more of the weight?</p>
<p>Why are electronic cigarettes so blatantly safer than tobacco? In a word, combustion. When tobacco ignites, that is where the 3,000 to 4,000 harmful chemicals come from. It&#8217;s not really the plant&#8217;s fault. You could smoke anything &#8211; lettuce, broccoli, maple leaves &#8211; and create most of those same chemicals through the same simple combustion process.</p>
<p>So by simply eliminating the flame, we are also essentially instantly removing thousands of chemical agents, many of which are classified as carcinogens, the cancer causing agents. There is only one potentially hazardous material in e-cigarette liquid that is causing concern, and so far the tests are inconclusive on their safety but weighted heavily on the safe side.</p>
<p>While the media continues to report their &#8220;non-FDA approved&#8221; hoopla, smokers are taking well to this new alternative as the internet continues to get flooded with positive reviews from electronic cigarette users. Thousands of people have reported drastic improvements in their senses of taste and smell as well as their overall health after making the move away from tobacco products.</p>
<p>The media seems to be biased against them as much as distributors seem to be bias for them, but it is ultimately up to the smoker to decide how serious they are about a smoke-free alternative that may hold the key to helping them kick the smoking habit.</p>

<p>Each year, millions of Americans finally decide to quit smoking. For some, the decision is based on health reasons. Smoking is linked to lung cancer among other diseases. For others, the decision is based on appearances. Smoking leaves smokers with yellow teeth. For still others, the decision arrived as a result of the pervasive social stigma that revolves around smoking. In any case, this is the time to finally kick the habit with stop smoking laser therapy.</p>
<p>But is this the right treatment? Experts and friends alike suggest a myriad of different stop smoking products. Lozenges are popular, as is acupuncture, as is nicotine gum. But you&#8217;ve tried all of these and it just hasn&#8217;t worked for you. If this is the case, laser therapy is not only a viable option it&#8217;s also a likely option. Laser therapy patients often report a quitting rate of four or five times that of other smokers.</p>
<p>Stop smoking laser therapy is a relatively simple procedure. The laser technician targets energy points on the body with a cold laser beam. The procedure can be compared to a contemporary form of acupuncture. The body releases endorphins, a natural pleasure chemical, when the laser beam hits the targeted areas of the body. The endorphins relax the patient, reducing the urge for nicotine and ameliorating the withdrawal symptoms, making it easier for the patient to quit smoking.</p>
<p>The cost of stop smoking laser therapy is around three hundred dollars. The laser treatment takes about one hour to complete. In the immediate weeks that follow the laser therapy, counseling and follow-up therapy are usually recommended. Most major medical insurance companies do not commonly cover the laser therapy.</p>
<p>Stop smoking laser therapy speeds up the body&#8217;s removal of nicotine, allowing the process to be completed more quickly. Treatments such as the nicotine patch or nicotine chewing gum can be combined with laser therapy; even though most laser therapy practitioners say that it is not necessary.</p>
<p>Laser therapy to stop smoking may help with the cravings for nicotine by causing the body to release endorphins to counter physical withdrawal symptoms. It does not, however, provide relief from the smoking habit. The psychological aspect of quitting smoking and breaking the actual habit requires long-term vigilance and in some individuals a good deal of follow up counseling or therapy.</p>
<p>While stop smoking laser therapy has enjoyed a lengthy history of use in Europe with a reasonable success rate, it has only been in the United States since 2001. Laser therapy while not widely recommended when compared with other resources does continue to gain popularity and is definitively worth looking into when you consider the relatively short time required to complete the therapy and start seeing results.</p>

<p>Most people readily agree that smoking is hazardous to the health. However, very few smokers can actually break the addiction that cigarettes have saddled them with. In an effort to make themselves feel better, smokers conveniently forget why they need to quit smoking.</p>

<p>It is a well-known fact that smoking is very dangerous to your heath. Despite cancer, smokers are much suppler to all kind of health problems such as chronic respiratory diseases, heart disorders and stomach problems.
